I became a gluten-free coach after my journey to create a joyful lifestyle without gluten. A personal desire to be healthy, eat great tasting food and enjoy a gluten-free lifestyle led me to become a coach to help others who exclude gluten in any food, medicine or beauty products.
Coaching clients is a natural fit for my ability to communicate clearly with people. I truly care about you and all who face food allergies and intolerances. In addition to being gluten-intolerant, I am also dairy intolerant. I know this life from the inside because I live it everyday.
